I really like the details, I love how you did the mouth. Those are really good!!!
The eyes have a bit a weird shape, eyes are really hard but also very important. Every artist have a different way to draw eyes. just draw a lot and you will find your own way to draw them.
The hair is also really well drawn, you did it simple and effective.
I have a tip for the nose: if you draw with dark lines it will look angulation (I hope I translated the word right,
) you should make the shades a bit more smooth
